Owners - Ian and Vicki

Ian and Vicki get a thrill from the sense of community they have created at the resort. Many families return every summer and some have been coming year after year for generations. New friendships are made, especially amongst children and then that in turn generates friendships amongst parents.

Ian and Vicki invite those that haven’t stayed at a holiday park for a while to surprise themselves.  “These days its not cold showers and lumpy mattresses, holiday parks have changed!   We’ve recognised that we are competing against hotels and motels so we’ve upped the game.”

Operations Manager - Angie (too shy to have her photo taken!)

Angie has been in the hospitality industry since 2003 so has a few years up her sleeve. She's no stranger to running holiday parks; Hot Water Beach Holiday Park was her last post.

Reception Team Leader - Sue  (pictured right)

Sue is from the UK girl who moved to Australia (we don't hold this against her!) and then jumped the ditch to live in New Zealand. we will not hold this against her! Sue comes with over 10 years experience within the industry.

 

 

Reception - Wendy, Julie & Hazel

Wendy is originally from the UK and has recently come in to our Receptionist position, she's one of a kind! Pictured below on right hand side.

Julie is also from the UK and has moved to our beautiful country. Julie is a fully trained teacher; watch out kids there is a teacher in the house!

Hazel is our local girl and knows this area inside out, so if you require any local knowledge she will be your girl. Hazel is part of the local volunteer fire brigade so if she is here one minute and gone the next you will know why! Pictured below on left hand side.

 

Grounds Team Leader -  Alan

Alan has recently moved from the South Island to be work us. He has a lovely family with him and is helping us all keep the Resort in tip top shape!

Groundsmen -  Phillip and Pai

Our groundsmen live and work at Waihi Beach TOP 10 Holiday Resort. Phillip and Pai have been with us for 14 and 11 years respectively, and the resort certainly wouldn’t be the same without them.

Head Housekeeper - Deb & Jodie

Deb has just returned back to work again for us and brings with her a wealth of knowledge. Jodie has worked with us since 2009 and has high standards and are part of the vibrant, dedicated team. You’ll see them busy around the resort cleaning our units, cabins and facilities. They are the magic fairies that help keep our place looking so spotless!
